Update on Spots

Overnight, Spots got worse.  He's become lethargic, his eyes have popped out, he's swollen and his scales have started to stick out a bit.  I started treating him but I'm worried I shouldn't be treating Fishi as well.  I don't have a hospital tank anymore and I'm not even sure if this is bacterial (maybe its parasites).
