Mommy and daughter brownie baking day. Don't we look cute in our aprons ;)
This recipe is for 52 servings of fluffy, puffy and moist brownies.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups and 2 tbsp butter
3 1/4 cups white sugar
7 eggs
1 tbsp and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup and 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups and 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp baking powder

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease an 9 inch square pan and 13 x 9 x 2 inch rectangular pan.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Beat in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not over bake.
Sprinkle some confectioners sugar :)
